Nestled around beautiful Pleasant Lake and among 230 rolling acres of woods and wetlands in the heart of Livingstone County, Michigan, Howell’s Nature Center is a place or a destination to nature lovers and stake holders. For the last 38 years, Howell’s Nature Centre is home of Michigan’s largest wildlife rehabilitation clinic- taking care of about 4,000 wild animals per year from all over Michigan. From injured squirrel legs to an injured bird feather, proper clinical treatment is provided at the best level to save the wildlife and the environment as well. One can contribute to environment and specially wildlife while volunteering some time here and those who could not volunteer their time in person, they can assist in monetary terms.


Camps are considered one of the best activities for a child’s personal, physical and mental growth. Camps help them to connect with nature and make them curious to know about nature as well. From a very early age, they learn to save nearby nature and live a sustainable life.
